"Great staff, nice room."

Great location. Nice room.

We stayed 3 nights. They never cleaned our room or replaced the towels. We stayed an extra night, when we returned our key did not work. We we loaded down with bags and our dog , had to go back downstairs to get new keys, very busy took 20 minutes.
