When I got there they had to move me to another room because the TV service was unavailable. I get to the second there was a sweaty like smell like it was a gym locker room. I really didn't feel like change the rules again so I just opened the balcony door to let it air out and it was fine. The TV in this room was working fine until later on the service started messing up in there also. Other than that I had a great stay very comfortable I love coming here

My daughter was in UMMC hospital. I paid for Sunday night. I asked about a rate for people with family in hospital, I was given a $2 discount. From $175 to $173. I was hurt and disappointed as I assumed it would move to a more affordable rate. We are Hilton members. Very disappointed!
