The room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view, though it’s noisy from the main road and about a 25-minute walk to the centre. The kitchen looked good but lacked basics like oil, salt, or tea towels.

What really ruined our stay was how unhelpful the staff were. We were four registered guests and simply asked for an extra blanket so two of us wouldn’t have to share a bed. They refused, citing “room capacity,” which makes no sense. Every other hotel in Japan we stayed at was kind and flexible — this one was cold and inhospitable. Very disappointing for the price.

滞在が長かったので、キッチンペーパーとアルコールがあればもっと清潔に過ごすことができた。

Wij konden alleen eerder inchecken tegen een extra betaling van 3.000 yen. Heel pijnlijk, zeker omdat we de sleutel direct meekregen. Kamer was dus al schoon, toch moesten we bijbetalen. Niet eerlijk. Geen strand dichtbij. Doorgezakte bedden, pijn aan rug gekregen. Muffe geur in het appartement en servies is muf en vies.
