I have never seen the hotel that locked the customer’s room. Me and my sister arrived at 5:05 PM and we are not allowed to enter the room because my expected arrival time in booking is 6 PM. That is just expected time in option because we have never been to that hotel area before. When we ask if we can enter the room now or can we choose other available rooms, the receptionist like girl just said about extra fees. Any questions we ask, she just said about extra fees without clear explanation. We have to wait in very low light room. The breakfast can be ordered from the TV inside the room but TV remote doesn’t work and the hotel changed it. The Wifi also doesn’t work after 2 hour stay.
