Handover of the keys was very easy. The apartment is perfectly located right between the city center and the bus/train station. Located in the 8th flood, it offers a nice view over the city. Cleanliness was fine and I had a pleasant stay overall.

It is not the quietest place, the walls seem to be super thin (more like paper walls). Be prepared to hear some noises from the neighbors.
