Clean and comfy room

The hotel was very easy to find, lots of parking and pleasant vibes. The location was just what we were looking for, very close to all the places we wanted to visit at Cotswolds. Very nice, clean and quiet room, very comfortable shower, lovely restaurant with great service, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, they also have a bar. A few things that were less pleasant: - While they have great service, the food at the restaurant wasn't amazing. We liked the pancakes, other than that can't recommend it. - For some reason an employee was cleaning the windows of the rooms on the ground floor from the outside - while we are in the room and he can see us! We closed the curtains but felt uncomfortable. Very strange decision, not considering the guests privacy. - The insulation between the floors is so bad, we heard the people above us walking very loudly all the time. - The surrounding of the hotel is not the prettiest, it's located on the road with nothing much around.

Clean, comfy and just what you need when away on business

Absolutely amazing food and service. Going into late in the day and tired. I thought I try this place out. Nice friendly and welcoming member of staff who ask polite questions and was extremely helpful. The food on the menu was looking great and a struggle to make my decision on what to eat. Having placed it I was able to relax and catch up with email, news and messages. The food was delivered and looked delicious. However the food was cold but I mentioned it to a member of staff who apologised and got another meal freshly cooked for me. Despite the slip up the food was delicious and very moorish. The toilets were clean and tidy, and very faded with a need to repaint some of the areas of the place. All in all a great place for food and with a hotel it’s a great place to stay

The place was nice and serene

Love our stay here , did not enjoyed the breakfast. And the room were nice and clean but did not sleep well due to the duvets were thick.

Good clean hotel, surprisingly quiet. Only 1 pillow on beds but other than that a very pleasant stay.

Yet again we had really good value, and filling meals. Biggest fish ever and super gluten free grain salad and chicken. Followed cheesecakes we could both eat. We had a happy dog too, after getting lots of attention from staff and customers. The staff were so friendly, as always . This time we had Tom, Brady, Antony, and Chef Fraser). Plus 0% Guinness!!

Amazing place to stay. The staff can’t do enough and gave thought to little extras and you can tell thst they care and take a pride in their work. Can’t fault this place. Will definitely be back
