Everything was great except the bed. It was very springy. When you sat on the bed it almost felt like a spring was gonna come out of the bed.

I absolutely love this hotel! The staff really is amazing! I do want to give a shout out to Adriana, she was such a blessing and such a help. Also, I do want to give kudos to Charlize I was a little frustrated with trying to pay my bill on departure a different way and she was so patient with me! The housekeeping, the restaurant staff, they were all so nice and helpful. This hotel is in a great location downtown Prescott. You can walk pretty much anything there! I'm always grateful how I am treated at these Hilton properties!
