Clean and convenient

I liked this hotel. It is by the railroad but no traffic after 8 PM. Near lots of Germantown locations.

Good easy going atmosphere. Staff just down home folks. Need more convenient parking on Home2 side. Drink prices out of sight.

Home2 Suites shares a building with another Hilton property but there's no signage telling you to drive to the back to check in. Stood in line for 20 minutes to be sent to the back of the building to check in. The next morning, at breakfast, there's no decaf, so was told to walk around the building to get some from the Hilton. Not what I expect from Hilton for $200/night.

Very clean property and friendly staff!

I was delayed on my flights at no fault of my own, arrived late with a reservation thst I made a week ago, when I got there at 150 am front desk said she was doing her audit and would not give me a room. Then she said she had no rooms. After an hour on the phone with Expedia, I canceled my meetings in town and went back to the airport and flew home

Conveniently located and clean. Decent breakfast and the person in charge of bfast was the only pleasant person I could find. I asked for a cooktop and it was provided to me dirty with a bottle of water to clean it because the water was off for a couple of hours. Once I cleaned it, it didn’t work properly and took several attempts to get maintenance to come and look at it. I’ve been there more than once, and the prices vary considerably. Tried to negotiate a long term rate and the run around I got was unbelievable and unprofessional (asked to speak to a manager and the front desk person lied and said she was the manager and then later revealed that she was not). I called to speak to the manager later and was told the manager was busy, I said I would hold and then I was told the manager would be busy all day. Then a different person told me the manager was away on vacation. Seriously makes me never want to go to a home2 again. I did actually move to a different hotel for considerably less $. I was staying for 3 weeks, so their loss.
