Horrible state of carpets and painting! Can't they see this horrible presentation? Please paint, it is cheap. You hurt yourselves. Also clean that restaurant entrance it is awful: dark and dirty. The hotel smells tobacco. Due to weather it needS some air purifiers in rooms & heaters at night at 12C at night cheap heaters can make people more comfortable. Finally, check your prices I saw a oru ecas high as $100! No way you will have a client happy paying $80-100 for a room that smells and looks like $15! ... You can make this work, please spend some money in fixing with simple paint at least ...

The room size was great and the bed was comfortable

The negatives outweighed the positives. The room was not clean (dusty carpets and spider webs), and the bathroom had damp walls. I was also disappointed to be given used sandals instead of fresh flip-flops. ​The hotel only takes cash, and the soundproofing is poor. To top it off, they tried to force an earlier check-out than what was agreed upon on Booking.com. Though they apologized, the experience was already soured.
