This hotel should be a case study for the industry. The building is modern, spacious, impeccably clean, and filled with natural light. The fast elevators handle the four floors effortlessly—one always seems to be waiting for you. Rooms are large and well equipped. Parking is also a breeze. A true highlight is the staff: a team of smiling, hard-working professionals focused entirely on the guests. Special thanks to Ms. Coral at the front desk and to Mr. Swords, the maestro. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. We’ll gladly return.

I would have preferred a firmer mattress and an espresso machine, but many reviews praise the beds, and the existing coffee maker suits American tastes.

Female Front desk person should not be in the hospitality service. She did not greet us, had an attitude and said all of about 20 words to us upon checkin. Other than her, our stay was just fine.
