Hotel Grohnder Fährhaus

Breakfast was excellent, fresh and lots of choice. Staff were fantastic, willing to help and give local knowledge. Rooms were exceptional especially with a balcony looking out over the river. Restaurant next door was very good and accessed via the hotel.

Only one minor drawback but nothing to do with the hotel. The ferry stops at 18.00 therefore if using public transport (bus)you couldn’t stay in Hamelin until the evening otherwise it’s an expensive taxi ride back to the hotel.

Clean and modern the hotel is well designed and creates a pleasant contemporary atmosphere.

No coffee making facilities in the room and no fridge.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen und das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Das Abendessen im Wirtshaus war ein weiteres Highlight.

Modernes Hotel mit Flair. Sehr schön gelegen. Alles Top. Das Restaurant sehr zu empfehlen. Toller Service, danke dafür. Grosszügige Fahrradgarage
