It was difficult with parking because the public who were not staying at the hotel would park in the hotels parking lot which left guests with no parking!!!! Also public leaving there trash everywhere after they eat the fast food they took the guest parking for….

This place has nothing I didn’t like

The hotel is located next to In and Out Burger. The parking lot is used as a drive through for In and Out, which makes parking at the hotel difficult. There is also a homeless camp in the parking area. The rooms are just basic, no frills and just OK. The bathroom shower needs s good scrubbing on the outside edges. The price fits the atmosphere, which was just a place to sleep.

Convenient to interstate.

Property very dirty. Sofa, carpet, window blinds very dirty. Shower door fell off track, if my husband didn’t catch it when it fell on him it would have shattered. The In-N-Out restaurant is directly next door with drive through line preventing getting out of hotel parking place.

We came in late in the evening because the hotel we reserved was a disgusting dive. Fortunately, this hotel had one room available and what a relief! Great night's sleep, very helpful staff, and overall pleasant experience. Quiet room, good neighborhood. We've come to expect a lot from this brand, so the breakfast was a bit disappointing, but nothing in our stay was actually bad. We accidentally left a couple of items in the room and didn't even realize it until we got home and checked email the next morning. They notified us of the items and asked if (and how) we would like the items returned to us. Again, we expect a lot from Hampton Inn & Suites and other than a less than stellar breakfast, we were not disappointed. By the way, the breakfast room includes two waffle makers, cold cereal, a variety of breads and a toaster, fruit, and yogurt. The disappointment for us was pre-made "omelettes"--actually a folded egg thing with american cheese inside. I scraped out the "plastic" cheese and tucked in a turkey sausage patty to make it at least edible. We also like our butter melted and hot syrup on our pancakes or waffles, but there was a small syrup pitcher and no microwave available to heat anything, so it was an "OK" breakfast. I wouldn't complain about this kind of breakfast if we hadn't paid so much for the room.

Visiting the zoo with other family and this place had our room ready early. Beds were comfortable plenty of room. Breakfast got the job done for the grandkids. Parking is little tight but it worked.
