Pros (*****) Heidi is a STAR. I'm very impressed by her. She listens to my requests, she's informative, and kind. An all around sweet lady. She deserves to move up in your organization. Cons (*) The hotel's internet has been down the majority of our stay. And we're staying at least another few weeks. It's obviously not Heidi's fault. Please have it fixed permanently. After two days of it being down I was told by another front desk employee that your tech support is, "working on it." I pointed out that your customers work from your hotel chain. I have in the past. I recommend firing your internet provider and tech support.
