Someone broke into the building and tried to get me to let them into my room. Because I had let this person in my room the day before, to pay them for work already completed, I was blamed for the unexpected return and break-in. The hotel failed to keep me safe, and blamed me for the danger that resulted.

We used Homewood Suites Greensboro for our recent return to the city and found it to be a better value than the Hotel I had been staying with in Greensboro previously. The upsides with this hotel versus the one we usually stay in was its room was a suite which was far better for an extended stay. The kitchen aspect as well as it being much larger made for a better stay. The problems I had with the hotel were as follows in our room the kitchen area floor was sticky and could've used a good mopping and the lobby area of the hotel had a cheap air freshener scent which makes me sick. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Megan at check in was kind and friendly. Room is clean and all services are working great. Have stayed here before; does not disappoint! Pool was clean and relaxing.

Great place to stay

Most things about this property are excellent. One surprising thing was hearing noise and footsteps in the room above to the point of keeping us awake. Also the bed was not comfortable and seemed worn out. Other than that we greatly enjoyed the amenities at this hotel.
