I like that the pool was open late. They also provide complimentary beer wine and food on wednesday evenings in the common area. Very friendly staff!

This is a new-ish hotel with modern furnishings and furniture. It was clean and comfortable. Location off the interstate was also good.

Hotel front desk staff were not available for almost 10 minutes when we arrived around 10pm.

Would like to start of first by saying, I am not a “complaining” kind of person. Usually if something is mediocre, I will deal with it. With that said. Having an overall score of 9, my expectations were moderately high. And I am not a high standard person. Anyways, I check in. The staff right off the bat was insanely nice and friendly, no complaints at all. I then head to my room and walk in and I am immediately caught off guard due to the scent of the room. I cannot describe what the smell was, humidity ? Mold? I am unsure. I immediately go to turn the air down and the air was set at 64 though the temperature read 72. First impressions were an immediate sigh. So I give it about 30 minutes to maybe let it cool down the room. 30 minutes go by and the air doesn’t drop at all. Again, I am not a big complaining person but I had to say something. So I go to the front desk and tell the receptionist and she sends the maintenance guy. He comes and checks it out (looks at it for 2 seconds) and proceeds to tell me that “due to the humidity outside, it takes a while to get colder” which, he’s not wrong but by now it had already been atleast an hour. So I let another 30 minutes go by and I couldn’t take it. So I go back and tell the receptionist that the air still hadn’t changed and the smell was unpleasant and just wanted a room change. He graciously put me in another room. I go to the new room, air works fine but again, the smell in the room was odd. (Note I did not select smoking rooms). It definitely wasn’t as bad at the first one but my goodness. I feel so bad writing this because the staff was GREAT. Very friendly people but the hotel itself just seemed sub par. Also note: there were fans placed in the hallways and this was during the heat of the summer so maybe I am being too critical and the hotel was having air issues? The worst complaint was just the smell.

Staff members were incredible! My bf and I stayed here for a week and it was super convenient and an easy stay!

The room was amazing and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing.
