Canyon Plaza Premier Studios and Apts

The condominium was terrible. Two wooden chairs and a queen bed 12 inches high off the floor!

The stay was awsome we got one of the suites on the other side of the hotel away from people. Plenty of things nearby, close to the park and other little parks or activities. The suites are tricky to find. don't go to the grocery store accross the street it's ridiculously expensive and they put the price tag sticker on the back so you don't know until you check out.

Was surprised there was no storage for clothing in the room - not a single drawer to unpack a suitcase into. Loved having a kitchen available - would have liked a chair to sit in besides the kitchen chairs.

Property was clean. Bed was too low to ground and pillows flat. Mattress was not firm enough. Refrigerator and shower were excellent. Parking was very tight.

Everything was great

The room was very nice had everything we needed. There were a few things that could have been better, the bed was to low to the ground for is older folk, the tv kept going in and out of service.

We stayed here for two nights during our short visit to Grand Canyon NP. We pretty much used it for breakfast, in-room takeout dinner, and sleeping, and it was fine for that. Everything was clean. The only complaint is that we're coffee drinkers, and we expected a normal (home kitchen type) coffee maker in the suite; instead, the unit was equipped with one of those little single-cup "tea bag" coffee makers that are normally found in hotel rooms, and the hotel only supplied two of the little coffee bags by default. Also, it would be really helpful if this hotel (and most others, for that matter) would provide *two* luggage racks instead of just one, as most couples have two suitcases. Aside from those minor inconveniences, our stay here was OK.

It’s a quiet place and it’s very clean. There are cooking tops and oven in the apartment.

Did not have reservation in their system. Bed 8” off the ground and uncomfortable. Amenities not refreshed (coffee, tea). Walls super thin could hear others too much. Nice location, clean.

A bit hard to find. The outside door would not open with room key. Maintenance person sent immediately to rectify. Would be a great place to stay for an extended visit to the Grand Canyon. Close to gate.
