My partner and I booked a one-night stay. When making the reservation, the team member asked about our preferred bed type, and I clearly requested a queen-size bed. However, upon arrival, we found that the hotel had simply pushed two single beds together instead. The directions provided by the front desk on how to access the parking area were unclear, and my partner and I ended up getting lost. We eventually had to ask the Hertz staff for assistance before finally locating the parking area associated with Oaks. During check-in, although the front desk staff mentioned that the hotel offers breakfast, they did not inform us that it would incur an additional charge. We only realised that breakfast was not included in our stay when we arrived at the rooftop.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. View from the rooftop bar was great. Easy walking distance to all attractions.

The breakfast menu was OK but not as good as we were expecting.
