"Home away from home!"

Comfort keeps its name solid, the beds in this hotel are second to none. I travel a lot for work and when I'm in Waller Tx. Comfort is my home away from home.

The room was pleasant, and the thermostat worked well for keeping the room cool.

All of the ice machines on the property were broken on a completely booked weekend, this is not acceptable for $200 per night! The front desk stated that the machines would be fixed on Monday, but that does not help anyone when you have a hotel full of guests with no access to ice!

Lobby and room had unpleasant smells. Found dead bugs behind bed. Spilled ice on the floor used a towel to clean it up, the towel showed how dirty the floor was.

"A nice place to stay but w/o internet service I won't recommend the facility."

Internet service was NOT available in my room nor in the elevator area on 2nd floor. However I was able to log in on the ground floor but lost the service once I returned to my room on the 2nd floor. At 10pm there wasn't any support system to help me. I'm will report issue to Comfort corp. offices.

La app (Booking) me mostro un hotel mas cercano, pero hizo la reservación en este, al doble de lejos. ya no pude llegar. Llegue al Comfort Inn mas cercano, tuve que pagar mas del doble del valor, y ni siquiera me cancelaron la primera reservación. Termine pagando alrededor de $1000 por una noche y 2 habitaciones. gracias booking y comfort... y creo que adios para siempre a ambos
