I like how it’s very secluded!

The lobby area was clean and pleasant. I didn't eat breakfast but other people in my family group did and they did not complain. Therefore I assume breakfast was good. Staff was very kind and accommodating.

I booked a room for 3. At 1st glance everything looked ok. Then discovered the bathroom had an almost used up roll of toilet paper so we needed another roll available. We were told we could get that at the front desk. So we went back down to get it. We later discovered the under side of the toilet rim had what appeared to be questionable stains. While downstairs to see if someone in housekeeping was available to do a once over cleaning, we heard someone from the 4th floor complaining about the strong smell of urine in their bathroom. When they asked for someone to come and clean they were told no one was on duty and no other rooms were available. They were offered a bottle of disinfectant. So my husband asked for a bottle for us as well. Though on the surface everything looked clean, we decided to just go over and sanitize the toilet bowl ourselves, then we discovered we had been given a bottle of air freshener. My son in law went out and bought some lysol disinfectant wipes so that we could share among our group. The TV never worked in our room the day we checked in. The young lady at the front desk was very kind and kept making suggestions to make it work. She even came to our room and attempted to reboot it with no success. She offered to come back and check again but never did even after I called her. (I later found out she was alone and by the time she got back downstairs, she had people waiting to check in). When the 3rd person in our room arrived, we discovered the pull out sofa bed had no bed linen and there wasn't any in the closet where the front desk clerk said it should be. So my husband went downstairs to get extra linen so we could make up the spare bed. When I removed the cushions to open the sofa bed there were crumbs and misc debris under the cushions. Thankfully we had the lysol wipes to wipe everything down.

It was all great.

Didn't like the taste of the eggs but overall the breakfast was very good. No half and half for my coffee but thats a personal preference.
