Very clean and great location

Was double charged and didn’t get the money part figured out until the last day check in on Saturday money showed up on Friday.. Also hidden fees didn’t know about until check in of $100 a day which is what kicked off the double charge on stay.

Amazing beach location, great pool, spacious rooms, comfortable, firm beds. Availability of quality, food and beverage during the day. Good restaurants, service and good maid service. The valet attendants were excellent as well.

It was understaffed. The front desk staff was lacking in hospitality. Not surly by any stretch, but they don’t go out of their way. They have let certain things go you can see paint chipping, peeling, etc.

It felt like I was at a resort in Mexico. Views were stunning, food and drinks were awesome, and everything was so clean. You would think being so close to the beach it would be sandy or something but everywhere was very clean.

Wish I could have stayed longer. Also wish the pool was a bit bigger.
