"Nous avons été déçu par les prestations de cet hôtel …"

L’emplacement est parfait… à la fois accessible et tout près du centre et des commodités.

Chambre salle : oreiller taché, poussière +++ derrière les lits, taches suspectes au sol au pied du lit Placards presque inexistants pour une chambre familiale de 4 personnes (1 penderie et 4 étagères … très peu : nous avons laissé les affaires dans les valises) Communs : Terrasse peu soignée et pas nettoyée Pas de dressage à table : plutôt cantine que salle de petit déjeuner d’un hôtel de ce standing … Petit déjeuner peu fourni pour un tarif de 26€/personne

"Très bon séjour en famille"

Situation idéale, l'emplacement est parfait pour visiter les Grottes de Han. Le personnel est agréable et accueillant. Très bonne restauration, le petit-déjeuner est copieux et très varié. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est également excellent, une très bonne table pour le soir. L'hôtel et les chambres ont une très belle décoration, soignée et moderne. La piscine est particulièrement agréable pour se détendre. Isolation phonique, aucun bruit en provenance des chambres adjacentes. Le parking souterrain dispose de bornes de recharge électrique. Il n'est pas possible de le réserver en avance mais nous n'avons eu aucun problème à trouver une place (testé en semaine et hors vacances scolaires).

La chambre manque un peu de rangements fonctionnels (étagères/penderies) pour vider ses valises et installer ses vêtements et affaires personnelles. Les matelas et les oreillers ne m'ont pas semblé très confortables (mais cela reste une affaire de goût personnel).
