This venue is in need of updating. We stayed in Room 155 the mattress was so thin it was similar to sleeping on a sofa bed. I laid down the mattress squeezed to the box spring. The bathroom door was not closed, it was not measured and fitted correctly. The bath tub was slippery as hell and there was no shower traction tape on the tub bottom. There were circle marks where they were. It is obvious the franchisee is new to the country; he does not know American standards for cleanliness. The staff member that worked when I arrived was very passive aggressive, he has no clue of customer service. How he behaved, he did not want to be there, he is helping family and it is not his choice. It is sad the motel industry is in decline since most of the franchisees are from a third world nation, that has no sense of American culture and have not been taught by their relatives what they did in India is not acceptable in the United States.
