Water did not drain out of the tub. Stood in water while showering Hand rail on stairs was not good, broke off at the bottom

Curtain in room was hanging down broke. We were on the end so workers or people kept slamming the door to the stairs late in the evening and very early in the morning waking us up. Also the alarm in the room was never turned off by the cleaning staff so it went off super early so between the door slamming and alarm, we were up about 2 hours before we wanted to be.
Overcharged by $323, no explanation and no anticipated return of funds date. The rooms were disgusting and the furniture was torn and looked like animals had clawed all over it. Stay away!
