USThe location is good with lots of stores and eateries in the area. The water pressure is nonexistent, and the cleaning of the rooms needs to be quality checked. The sheets are of poor quality, however, the bathroom linen was okay.

Facility and room were sub standard in comparison with other La Quintas used 5th floor smelled like mildew. Bathroom needs a good cleaning. Floors and shower were gross. Skipped breakfast for no reason other than to get out of there. Experienced this problem with stay at a Hampton Inn at some local (lake city). Past experience with hotel chain were satisfactory. May be do toarea and availability/quality of labor
