Thoroughly enjoyed our stay room was clean and had everything we needed for a family of 4, Breakfast excellent good choice of food and very well located in between the main 2 beach's. Hosts were fantastic and very helpful.

Excellent friendly hosts, Peter and Jerry. Lovely breakfasts, spotlessly clean room and great location for Paignton Harbour and seafront.

The only minor grumble was the WiFi would not always connect to our phones. But it was wasn't a major problem.

Peter and Jerry were very friendly and helpful, and had good local knowledge

Good location close to beach, bars, shops and restaurants. The hosts couldn’t do enough for you and the breakfast was excellent and parking.
