Hampton by Hilton at the Boston Seaport District

The stay was for a Navy Ship's Reunion. I really can't say enough about the staff, they were attentive, very courteous, and quite helpful. The rooms were spotless and well kept. Breakfast, of which there were two areas, was great. Really the only complaint my wife had, along with a few other members of our group, were the mattresses, apparently they were too hard, I for one, like a firm mattress but this was a bit much. If it weren't for the mattress I'd rate this place a solid 5. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

I’m currently here at the moment and this hotel wasn’t my choice. This was chosen on price alone and you get what you pay for! For me, I like a quiet room with a bath and shower and not to hear slamming doors. This hotel is noisy and not soundproofed and only has a shower. There’s a constant noise in the room and I’ve no idea where it’s coming from which is a nuisance when you’re trying to sleep. The breakfast is very basic with paper plates and plastic cutlery which reminds me of a cheap canteen. There is a pool and gym which we didn’t use with our stay. Would I stay here again - absolutely not. I’m glad we’re only here for 3 nights.

Easy in and out. Friendly staff. Exceptional service. Beautiful.

This hotel visit was the best out of all the Hilton chain visits I've had over the years. The support of the staff was outstanding. Shout out to Natalie! The hotel was clean, the breakfast was great. If I'm ever back in Boston I'll be at the Hampton seaport

Well, I regret to say but Jeff Engineering dept didn't fix the flushing, they probably just knocked the thing enough to make it work just once. I had to take off the lid myself to make it work once more :)

Pillows tend to be flat.
