Alles war super. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Mann kann nichts negatives sagen. Frühstück war sehr gut u. reichhaltig. Das einzigste was man sagen kann das kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden ist. Trotzdem werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

No hot water in the apartment, only warm water. The hotel manager was very rude and didn't speak English. They charged us an unreasonable price because there was a bug in the Booking for the number of children; instead of 2, it was only 1, although I booked two rooms. I opened a ticket on Booking.com and hope it will be fixed.

Schöne, bequeme und grosse Zimmer in gutem Zustand. Bequeme Betten, gute Sanitäranlagen Check- in nur via Automaten, keine entsprechendens Infos im Vorfeld und / oder bei Buchung - hat aber geklappt

Our family of 4 had a spacious room with new facilities, large bathroom, comfortable beds and a baby cot. There is an Italian restaurant conveniently downstairs. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Free parking available. The staff was very kind and professional and available to answer our questions. Thank you.

It took me two tries to manage the self-check in but it went smoothly in the end.
