Hotel ma bardzo dobre usytuowanie - przy wejściu na Teplickie Skały Bardzo dobra restauracja, dobre piwo klasztorne i pyszne śniadania.

Nie podobał mi się system automatycznej rejestracji - przy zameldowaniu się w dwóch pokojach nie dał rady - musieliśmy korzystać z pomocy obsługi z restauracji.

Snídaně podávaná o pul hodiny později, zkažená slanina, kyselé mleko v kávovaru. Nezájem personálu, krom jedne paní v brýlích - pravděpodobně manažer/vedoucí směny. Jinak nezájem.
