Our host Jen was awesome. The breakfast was great and the rooms were very comfortable. The view to the back of the property for meals was also quite nice.

The location and exterior was just very average. It is located in a normal subdivision with lots of other houses. So it just felt like staying at someone's house instead of a quaint bed and breakfast. It is also a fairly long distance from Rotorua, where you will probably want to spend your time.

Location was great. In a quite area. Very comfortable and Jen was great to deal with. The place was 15 minutes from Rotorua.

The property is located in a very peaceful area, just outside of Rotorua. We had a lovely suite with private patio. It was very clean and bright. Very comfortable beds. The breakfasts were great. Hosts Jennie and Gary were very welcoming and provided excellent suggestions regarding activities in the area.

We liked everything.
