"The price was good, the staff were excellent but the cleanliness was not great."

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The linens were great quality and the bed was comfortable. Paris, Sheila, Johnathan and the gentlemen that drove the shuttle were all amazing.

I killed 2 cockroaches in my shower in 4 days. There is nothing walkable nearby. The gym wasn’t clean - the bin was not emptied in the 5 days, thick dirt under the equipment.

Location

Flea infestation in one of our rooms bit on both of my legs and feet. We changed rooms. They couldn’t make us room keys system was down apparently. So we couldn’t leave the room without being locked out

"Wrong room"

This is the second time we have had a disappointing stay. The first time they told us we could pay with a different card on check out and then charged the wrong card the night before we checked out. When we tried to get this fixed the guy on the desk was rude and dismissive. This last trip we booked a king bed with accessible tub for my husband. We were given a room with a queen bed and no tub. Also the room was dirty. Very disappointing and also meant my husband had no access to bathe. Would not recommended and cannot believe we had to pay more for a room that we never got.
