Staff and the cleanliness of the place

I requested a self catering room,but when we get there there was no stove,we had one Glass,one cup Nd one spoon but were two in the room🥺🤦🏼‍♀️

the place is clean and the receptionist staff very friendly , welcoming , actually a very good staff .... i visited the place twice and i got good service from the staff , security as well is good the cars are safe .
