Me cobraron una habitación que no ocupe, y las razones no me parecieron válidas y ademáse la garantia que entiendo es por si hay algún mal uso de la habitación o destrozo. Indicaron que por politicas del Hotel el cobro de la Habitación era no reembolsable

El desayuno podrìa mejorar. La ubicaciòn excelente, Muy amables en la atención, Es muy buena la posibilidad de cocinar y buena capacidad de guardado de ropa. Muy agradable el espacio de la terraza.

"Seguro y personal del hotel muy colaborador"

No incluia desayuno por el precio que pague No me gusto que la piscina sea abierta y sin tener agua temperada, nunca la utilicé. Tampoco habia opcion de masajes

Lo de la piscina, los pasillos del hotel con un olor raro, las mucamas no creo que linmpian del todo bien, instalaciones faltan de mantenimiento, el gimasio puede estar mejor
