Location was great for our plans, staff was very nice,

Fan noise from the other room, dogs in the other room barking, didn't clean and change towels , not cotton bedding

Wasn't too happy with the room. It seemed just that, a room. Not a fan of the decor. Room doesn't have microwave which is very necessary in these times. Not a hotel I would book again.

Why didn't someone tell us that they do not clean the rooms on your 2nd night? The first night we were there the bed fitted bed sheet was installed on the mattress inside out, so were not sure if the sheets were clean on the bed or if they just turned a dirty sheet inside out We did not know they did not clean the room the 2nd night and after being out all day and coming back at 4 o'clock in the afternoon to a dirty room we were not excited. They sent someone to "clean" the room and all they did was bring clean towels, remake the bed and empty the trash cans. They did not vacuum the floors or do any real cleaning. This is what you get for $301.00? Not a good value due to all the corners they cut, and we would never go to any Hilton Tru again because this is their company policy. The other thing I find interesting was the fact that if they do no clean the room you are still charged full price for the room. Why is an unclean room charged at the same rate as a clean room? This was a buzz kill for the stay at the Hilton Tru. In the future I will not use Booking.com again because I feel the info about not cleaning the room the 2nd night should be disclosed - Next time I will use VRBO or Air BnB

I never felt real good about whether the room was really clean,. I also did not think it was a very good value due to the full charge on the room if they don't clean it. My wife's comment nails it "This place is Yicky

Super great staff, comfortable beds, heavy supply of toiletries (body wash, shampoo, lotion, etc.) and a stellar location! Possibly the best hotel I've stayed in to be frank, I think the Doubletree is more expensive but this one was just as if not greater.

TV had a power supply issue and kept flickering so I couldn't watch it much that night. Not really a big deal and I told the staff in the morning and they were thankful I let them know and said they'd be right on that. If i'd have stayed more than one day I would have seen about getting it fixed, but I was just stopping in for a night on vacation so it was not a big deal at all.

No air - circulation. hallways and foyer near elevators were hot. It felt extremely stuffy. When we entered our room, you could smell the mold in the air. The light fixtures in the room were rusty due to the moisture. I had to heavily spray Lysol to reduce the mold smell and get some relief.
