La experiencia ha estado increíble -Instalaciones renovadas y muy modernas -Personal SUPER atento y flexible(Reservamos con poco tiempo el desayuno y la cena y nos encontraron mesa, quisimos hacer el checkout un par de horas mas tarde y no pusieron inconvenientes y cualquier consulta que teníamos la resolvían al momento) -El restaurante es precioso y tranquilo y la comida estupenda. Una sugerencia para ayudar a mejorar el servicio es que en las TV de las habitaciones permitan ver servicios de streaming como Netflix, Prime, HBO... Tienen una función de screenMirroring pero... o tienes un móvil Samsung o no funciona.

Hôtel chic et moderne. Accueil sympa, chambre spacieuse et confortable, petit dej agréable Seul bémol, nous avions réservé un grand lit et avons été mis dans une chambre à 2 lits accolés !

Hôtel récemment et joliment rénové. Changement d enseigne cette année. J’étais très fidèle cliente (plusieurs séjours de 3 jours 5/6 fois pas an) lorsque l hôtel était un doubletree l’an passé , et ce depuis plus de 10 ans. Au check in j en parle avec le réceptionniste qui me dit froidement : pour nous vous êtes une nouvelle cliente , sans être souriant ni accueillant. Le mobilier a changé , dans les chambres récemment rénovées. Le lit est confortable. J’y retournerai... si le personnel devient plus accueillant. Merci tout de même à Nicolas à la réception , qui a du répondre à mes attentes.
