Great location in the centre, very clean and tidy throughout. Great for an overnight stay.

Location for what we wanted was good.

Very small, very hot one tiny fan that we couldn't get to work. Poor shower hot and cold. Door to shower hanging off. Front door to apartment constantly banging when other people entered the building as a poor fit to door frame.

The noise, the lack of facilities only 1 glass. The cleanliness, mould in the shower and the bed wasn’t clean. Slept on top of the covers

Didn’t get a text message about the key code s lucky a member of staff let us in and gave us text message with key code

Location was good Close to the town and St Mary Stadium we were in Southampton for the Take That Circus Tour Very noisy at night

Dirty around the windows Bedding looked stained Pillows were thin and only per person Kettle and toaster on a shelf that looked like it could fall down at any moment very unsafe One plug socket didn’t work and had heat marks like it had had an electrical burn The door rattled within the frame Property needed a lot of attention

Location was centrally located and easy access to the property.

The apartment could do with a deep clean. There was a lot of limescale build up in the bathroom which made it look unclean. The mattress was uncomfortable and too soft. Noise levels from the street below was unbearable.
