Nous connaissions cet hôtel pour l’avoir réservé l’année précédente mais avec le changement de propriétaire rien ne s’est passé correctement le Check in a été impossible car les liens qu’ils nous envoyaient été invalidés Pas d’accueil physique pour remédier au problème En plus aucun ustensile de cuisine (casserole, poêle et couverts inexistants) le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas la moitié des tiroirs cuisine et salle de bain sont cassés et la télé était défectueuse (chambre 4909) Donc très déçus par rapport à l’année précédente

This place delivers a luxury experience without the hefty price tag. I absolutely loved my stay at Mint House! I was initially a bit hesitant about the parking fees, but after looking around, I found a nearby garage for about half the price I expected to pay. Had I not, I might have missed out on such a great stay. Now that I’ve experienced it, I wouldn’t even hesitate to pay for on-site parking—it’s still an excellent value overall. The location is super convenient, whether you’re walking or using public transit. Getting around from here is easy and stress-free. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Mine even had a washer and dryer, which was a great bonus. The staff I encountered were all friendly and helpful, although you don’t see them often since it’s not a traditional hotel setup. I actually found that refreshing—it made the check-in and check-out process quick and efficient. You really get those upscale city vibes here, and the views are hard to beat. I’ve stayed in several places around Dallas, and this is by far my favorite. If you’re looking for a memorable stay, this should be at the top of your list. It’s priced competitively with typical hotel chains—I usually stay at Hilton properties outside of downtown for about the same price, so this felt like an amazing deal.

My stay at the Mint House blew my expectations out of the water. My girlfriend and I came to Dallas for the weekend to see a Stars game as a birthday gift to her, and anniversary weekend for us. While booking the room I was prompted to specify any occasion for the trip, so I said the occasion as birthday/anniversary. I was also prompted for any requests and given the occasion I said a bottle of champagne, not thinking for a second that it would actually happen. When we walked in, not only was there a bottle of champagne, but also a Happy Birthday balloon, handwritten card, rose petals on the floor and bed, and petals in the shape of a heart on the bed. It was unbelievable and made for a fantastic surprise (for both of us!) I don't know another property that would do something like that for a guest, and it really made us feel welcomed and celebrated. The location was great, close to all things we needed. The atmosphere in the room with the view and furnishing can't be beat; being on the 49th floor entirely changes the atmosphere in a great way. We reserved a corner room so we had a full panoramic view which was really cool. The value for the stay with the level of hospitality we received was amazing. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom were both great. The noise from the city and streets is not very noticeable being that high up, except for the occasional siren. The only other noise was the sound of the blinds chain from the tenants on the 50th floor. Overall, our stay was a fantastic experience and we will absolutely be back. Thank you!
