"A TRUly enjoyable experience."

We’re long-time Hilton Honors members but this was our first stay at a Tru. I was hesitant because it looked a little "bare bones". But we were pleasantly surprised. It was a great stay. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom had a walk-in shower. There's a pool table nook in lobby and comfortable seating areas. Free 24-hour coffee, tea station.

This is the second Tru hotel I have stayed at. I love that there is no carpet in the room and the floors are clean! The room was clean. We watched tv in the lobby with friends, which was comfortable and had coffee and tea. There was a pool table and board games. Jon and the lady working the front desk this weekend were both so helpful and friendly. They checked in to see how our visit was going. If I’m back in Stevensville, I will definitely stay at Tru.

Nice, clean room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Coffee in lobby was not very fresh or hot after breakfast time. A microwave in our room would have made our stay more relaxing. Going down the hall to heat up coffee or food isn’t the greatest for the price we paid.

Fantastic location for a trip with friends and or family to Warren dunes and other lake Michigan State parks. Great staff, kind, and the breakfast had a really cool pancake making machine

"Sehr professionell, auf ein unerwartetes Problem mit dem Zimmer beim Check In wurde sehr engagiert und zügig reagiert."

Sehr sauberes, helles Zimmer und sehr gute Schallisolierung ( das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße). Bequemes, großes Bett und sehr angenehm riechende Pflegeprodukte. Das Frühstück ist nichts besonderes, aber ein guter Kaffee und leckere Waffeln haben den Start in den Tag erleichtert. Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. :)
