Big room with everything you need to cook your own meals in the apartment suites. Staff were friendly and helpful. Quiet location away from the businesses but easy to walk around the island If I come back to the island I’d stay here again

Don’t leave food open or bread on the counter as you’ll get ants.

The room (studio) was very large and the kitchen was perfect. I used the stovetop to boil some eggs and used the fridge and sink a lot. I was surprised that bottled water was not included, as it was in my hotels on my other trips to Caye Caulker. I liked the location as it is quiet and away from the main strip. The bed was comfy but very firm. I like firm beds so I was happy. The A/C was REALLY good, but see my note below about the noise from the A/C. I would stay here again if it was $200 cheaper than other places for the week but otherwise I wouldn't stay here again.

The wifi didn't work 4 mornings during my 7 night stay. It was fine at night so not sure why this happened so often. The wonderful hostess said she would reboot, which I assume she did, but still it would be out the next morning. For some this would have been fine, but I needed the wifi to text with my daughter who lives on Caye Caulker so we could plan the day. Also, the A/C had a horrible noise every few seconds. The first night I didn't sleep well because of it but eventually got used to it and started using a noise app to cover it up. I could have told them about the noise, but I knew they wouldn't be able to fix it and didn't want to move room, so didn't bother. I wish the kitchen window had proper window covers (vs the blinds) as I woke up with the sun every morning at 5:30/6:00 due to the light.

Huge, very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided, although we had to pay for drinking water. Great location, nice terrace area with hammocks and friendly, helpful staff. Really nice place to stay, especially if you want to be in a quiet location and like to self cater.

Expensive. But all of Caye Caulker is expensive!!!

Wir hatten das Apartment 105 im Erdgeschoss. Es hat 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche, Wohnzimmer und Essbereich. Das Apartment war sauber und Sandy war sehr behilflich. Es ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber okay. Es ist nicht im Zentrum aber in 10 Minuten ist man dort und bis zum Split braucht man ca. 20 Minuten. Für uns war es sehr gut weil wir leider ein paar Regentage hatten und so im Apartment bleiben konnten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat es in der Nähe. Es ist ein Erweiterungsbau in Arbeit aber im Moment wird daran nicht gearbeitet. So hatten wir keinen Baulärm.

A bit far from restaurants and shops, but a quiet location

We had one big room with a well equipped kitchen, it was very clean. Staff were friendly and organised cheap water for us. All in all for the price a very good option to stay in Caye Caulker.

Die Unterkunft war preiswert und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank und Essbereich. Die Lage war ca. 1km zu Fuss vom Zentrum der Insel entfernt, es befinden sich jedoch auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Auch einen kleinen Außenbereich mit Grillmöglichkeit und Hängematten standen uns zur Verfügung.Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden es jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

Leider befanden wir uns dort in der off-season und hatten somit den ganzen Tag Baustellenlärm direkt in der Unterkunft.
