Rooms and Apartments Villa Town Gate Hvar

We loved the location of the apartment! You walked out the door onto the walkway with restaurants and shops located right on the steps heading down to the Main Square. There were many restaurants and bars within a 2 minute walk. To be so close to the harbour was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the a/c worked great. The hosts were accommodating and friendly.

Everything was to our liking.

Location of room, very close to centre of town. Host easily contactable and assisting me with taking luggage down the stairs. Clean room.

Didn’t expect so many narrow steps within property, difficult bringing up or down luggage. Ok for younger group but was travelling with elderly father.

Great location just off the main square. Very walkable from ferry port. Not too far up the stairs. But also on the way to the fort. Great communication. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom is dated. Linens are tired and could use a refresh. Would stay again due to location. We left our phone charger and staff texted us right away and we were able to go back and get it. Was super nice !!

Large rooms, large bed, great shower with good pressure. Easy access to the room with the front door code. Very close to the port and within walking distance of all good places to eat! Extra blankets in the cupboard! AC was great when needed. Even had clothespins to hang out things to dry out the window! The host is exceptional and goes above an beyond for anything you need!

Great location, just a few steps from the main plaza. The host was very nice. We loved our stay.

Easy walking from ferry and bus station to Stari Grad. Location was great with many restaurants nearby. Hvar is not quite into tourist season yet, so the noise is not bed from the street at night. The room was clean and the host communication with messages on door code and self check in process. Good WiFi and tv channel selection. AC worked great.

The stairs is little narrow so you might have problem with oversized suitcases.

Excellent location, directly in downtown, close to the main square, the best restaurants and the harbor.

The windows were small, thus the room was dark. The street is noisy till 3AM and thanks to the restaurants on the ground floor it is also smelly. We had to wake up every day at 3-4 AM to be able to let som fresh air in. However air conditioning was working, even is it was a bit noisy.
