The Cole

La chambre est grande, tres propre, la salle de bain est superbe. Le mobiler est chouette et design. Le restaurant francais est tres bien ( chef français ! ) et le personnel du restaurant tres sympatique.

Le bruit de la climatisation est infernal et malheuresement, meme en l arretant, on entend celle des chambres voisines. Les rideaux sont tres occultants, malheuresement, il y en a que sur 2 fenetres sur 3...

The room was a great size and comfortable. Bed was very comfy.

There is no in person check in - all communication is via WhatsApp. Luckily there was restaurant staff to help us. Shower gel was empty.

Super nice place! The rooms are amazing, the bed is super comfortable, and the location is great. The concept is quite interesting since there’s no staff on-site all day and everything is managed through the app and they contact you before check-in so you can complete everything yourself, which honestly made me feel very comfortable. We did have a small issue accessing our room at first, but their support lines were very responsive, communicated clearly with us, and resolved the issue quickly! The service overall is excellent! We would definitely stay here again

If I had to mention one thing, it would be that there’s no daily cleaning service, but for us that wasn’t an issue

Nous avons logé trois nuits pour notre venue à Coachella. The Cole et très bien situé dans Palm Springs, nous avons fait un petit changement de dernière minute lors de notre réservation j’ai donc dû appeler l’hôtel qui m’a accompagné avec un service excellent ! La chambre est spacieuse, tout est propre, bien insonorisé, confortable, un mauvais choix d’hôtel peut très vite ruiner une expérience comme celle-ci, nous sommes très contents d’avoir logé là-bas.
