Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, le ménage est fait tous les jours, les serviettes changer tous les jours et le plus : du nescafé servit tous les jours avec des petites bouteilles d’eau. Hotel très propre et accueillant. Le personnel très à l’écoute et disponible et surtout rend service. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel

The staff were very friendly and always on hand to help if we needed anything. Overall a good stay.

The réceptionnist(accept to change room for free due to not so clean and bad smell in the room)

The accommodation quite old, smell smoke on the room. Bad smell from the toilet pipe(Building still in currency rénovation, very noisy as close to highway, so impossible to sleep. Nothing close too this hôtel.

The staff is very welcoming, the rooms are very clean , the location is excellent giving easy access to both sides of istanbul the room service was good with refill on items . It was a enjoyable stay

For a hotel of that size i doubt there is anything to dislike
