Hotel Insula

Locația, serviciile, micul dejun variat, gustos și complet, personalul foarte drăguț, amabil și mereu "acolo" toate acestea fiind nu notă maximă și peste superlativ.

Nu am avut nimic de reproșat.

Csodálatos a környezet, tisztaság, kedves emberek fogadtak.

Quite run-down, and aside from providing breakfast the restaurant facilities had closed at the end of August !

Amplasarea pe lac, se vedea si marea, veneau pescarusi aproape, curatenia, gradina, florile. Au tinut cont de cerinta mea privind intoleranta mea alimentara la lactoza Doamna sefa de la sala de mese era serviabila, ok si ospatarii ok.. Zona civilizata, linistita.

Micul dejun simplu, nediversificat, prea rigizi ca orar. Se închidea la 9.30. Nu ești la serviciu sa te trezești asa devreme ! Restaurantul nu era funcțional de la 1 septembrie ( decat pentru micul dejun). Camera micuța dar ok, cu minimul necesar, patul cu saltea comoda. Lenjeriile si prosoapele curate. Nu era fierbător in camera si nu erau halate ( decât la cerere )

We loved everything about this place, the administration is doing a great job. The rooms are very spacious and the AC was going great. The view from the balcony was amazing. They change the towels and take the garbage every day and the ladies there are so nice.

The lake around is beautiful, but too bad that there was garbage around benches as we walked to the beach. But it is not the hotel's fault, but the city's.
