Hotel precisa de modernização e manutenção TV do quarto sem sinal canais abertos Ar condicionado antigo e sem funcionar corretamente Para piorar nesse frio chuveiro quente não tinha desde 7h da manhã e aguardei até as 10h e nada ninguém sabia quando iria resolver. FALTA MANUTENÇÃO PREVENTIVA
