Tudo excelente. O hotel é maravilhoso. Quarto amplo, vista maravilhosa, café da manhã excelente. Chuveiro quente, camas confortáveis. Restaurantes perto, região segura.

The room is very comfortable, and breakfast starts as early as 6:30, which is very convenient for travelers adjusting to jet lag.

It’s a bit far from the city center—getting to the Witches’ Market takes about an hour. The breakfast juice was clearly insufficient and the hotel didn’t seem to restock it. There were a lot of people at breakfast, but the food supply was inadequate, and this happened for several days in a row. It makes the hotel seem a bit stingy.

Tolles und großes Zimmer mit super Blick im 8. Stock. Zwei große und bequeme Betten. Frühstück in sehr guter Qualität. Alles da und appetitlich angerichtet. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Vom Frühstücksraum blickt man in einen wunderschönen und gepflegten Garten.

Die Lage ganz unten hat Vor- und Nachteile. Hier ist es sehr ruhig und es gibt kein Höhenproblem. Aber man muss per Taxi oder Seilbahn mit 45 Min. in die City rechnen. Nach der Ankunft wurde unser Gepäck an der Rezeption vergessen, so dass wir lange vergeblich warteten. Nicht schlimm, aber ärgerlich nach der langen Anreise.

We got a very spacious room with a large window front allowing for a nice view and great feeling in the room. The neighborhood is really good with many restaurants and bars nearby. Staff is kind and friendly but this doesn't compensate for the issues we had.

1) Big communication issues. Booked 6 months in advance and asked them to organize airport transfer - no response. Asked again - no response. Sent reminder - finally answered 1 month later. Out of 9 hotels I booked for our South America trip, this was the only one not communicating properly. 2) Charged my credit card with 19 USD (!) more than the agreed price. Claimed, these are credit card fees from my bank, which is a blatant lie. It was the fees of the platform that they themselves choose for their transactions. Did not reimburse the amount. Will complain to Booking and to my credit card company. 3) WiFi is a catastrophe and doesn't work half of the time. 4) During last day, dark brown water came out of the pipes. They sent a technician. Instead of getting things right, he let the water flow and caused a small flood with dirty water in the bathroom. They claimed they solved the issue but in the evening water was still yellowish. 5) It is a boutique hotel, so no gym or spa. Suggest to avoid this hotel at any cost while in La Paz.

Gostei do hotel em si, quarto muito bom com vista para cidade, lindo demais. Perto do comércio, e da melhor área da cidade, sem perigo.

Very spacious rooms, staff was very helpful. I needed my bike fixed and they really helped out trying to find a solution.

They allow early morning groups to wake up the entire hotel + they let random strangers in “your” room while you have just taken a shower. Absolutely unacceptable. Not a nock, nothing. Will not come again.
