All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. The swimming pool is open from April until October. The bar is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. Please note that heating and air conditioning are not included and are charged according to consumption. Price starting from 1 EURO per kilowatt hour When traveling with pets, please note that only pets up to 20 kg are allowed and only one pet per apartment is accepted, for an extra charge of EUR 10 per pet, per night. Pet acceptance is subject to confirmation by the property. Additional linen changes are available upon request for for an extra cost of 6 Euros per change per person (6 Euros for towels and 6 Euros for sheets). Pets are not allowed in the Double Room with Balcony (Room B&B).It's recommended to bring your own vehicle since this property is not serviced by public transportation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Sehr schön, typisch italienisch. Sehr herzlich und familiär. Das Frühstück war klein aber fein, eben typisch italienisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Posizione ottima, vicino alla spiaggia e comoda da raggiungere sia a piedi(10 minuti), sia con la macchina. La colazione ottima, al nostro arrivo la proprietaria ci ha chiesto le nostre preferenze, è stata super gentile e disponibile oltre che molto accogliente. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e con un balcone vista mare bellissimo. Le due piscine erano pulite, tranquille e con un panorama bellissimo sia sul mare sia sulle montagne.

Tutto perfetto, pulizia esemplare, letto comodo , tanto spazio e vista mare nonostante si trovava a pianterreno

Puttroppo distanza dalle spiagge notevole ( ca 15 min. a piedi e ritorno in salita ) e parcheggiare a Pietra Ligure nelle vicinanza delle spiagge e difficile nel mio caso il mese di Agosto.
