Great location. Comfortable unit. Nice kitchen.

No air-conditioning.

Great location in mid town. Easy walk to several cafes, gift shops and grocery store.

Room was small but comfortable.

Location, location, location! And having a parking spot right in front of our unit was nice too. Manzanita is a quaint little beach town and its just a short drive to Short Sands Beach.

The walls were pretty thin, and we could hear the phone conversations of our fellow guests on both sides. The bed was a bit too firm for our comfort, and it could benefit from a foam topper, perhaps. The window blinds were problematic to open a close...and it was obvious previous guests had the same trouble with them. The couch had an unpleasant odor.

It had everything we needed. A table and chairs for a quick meal and coffee maker. I wished there was a small bench in the front for some fresh air.

The coffee tasted bad, I would expect more at this price. The mattress was not comfortable There was no tea option.
