San Dune Inn

Everything was perfect. It was very quiet and walkable to the town.

Our stay was awesome. Only few minor complaints- no AC on 80+ weather. But a huge fan and even bigger tv made up for it. Lovely management and there was a large patio.

I like the town and the beach.

Interactions with the two owners?/Managers?/ staff? (they didn't say) very off-putting. Male approached me in parking lot when I arrived, didn't introduce himself, answered my question rudely, said he Would be available if further questions but wouldn't give me information how to be in touch with him ( eg Name, phone, location). Both male and female were dismissive of questions. Office exists, and office hours were posted, but never saw/Found anyone in office. The accommodations were adequate, except window blinds were broken and fan unit in bathroom was broken.

The shower faucet was barely functional, the handle was so loose that it's very difficult to adjust the right water temperature. There are only two hooks on the wall to hang the clothes and one hook is located behind TV. Broom & dustpan with holder occupies the prominent wall space in the tiny living room next to the tiny desk.

Convenient to the beach and restaurants but office only open 10 am to 5 pm. Room was small but all basic needs met.

Our room 12 was wonderful. Great size and a sofa with a good tv. Really close to the town. Nothing not to like.

The suite was bigger than we thought, and it had more of a home-feel rather than a motel. Everything was perfect for our stay. Would stay here again.
