"Excellent"

No television in the room. The shower was really hot. Otherwise it was a nice place and were able to walk anywhere we needed to go.

The property is not clearly described on Expedia prior to booking. The room I choose only had 1 photo. The reason I booked this is for my 67 yr old mother to stay close to us. Closest and only available within proximity to us. It was a 3 flight walk up- not described on the room listing. Upon entering the rom everything looked nice. However, a few minutes in I saw the room was not properly clean. Finger prints all over the fridge and microwave. The sink in the bathroom did not look wiped down. My kids stayed with my mother for the night and the beds only had 1 thin bedsheet and 1 super thin flannel blanket. My oldest son wanted to sleep on the sofa and there was no extra bedding/ blankets. Overall it was a nice unit, but I did not feel comfortable with the overall cleanliness of the room nor did they make it comfortable with blankets for the night.

Water coming in the room from the ceiling , got my luggage and computer bag wet . No response form the owners , I asked for no reimbursement. I did not even asked for my portee y damage replacement . Only hotel fees reimbursement. They offer me nothing , not even called me . It’s a shame I liked the place but was let down . They won’t see me again unless they get back to me .

I saw the other bad reviews, but decided to risk it since I needed the space. No wifi, one of the ac units didn't work, no response from the host, and tons of street noise, but what actually made this a negative experience was being charged $200 for something that had been broken prior to our arrival. The phone number listed isn't valid and the additional phone number and email that hotels.com has aren't valid. There's no way to actually contact this property. Plus the address listed is different than the actual, I can only assume they changed it to get rid of all the prior bad reviews.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I took the other reviews too lightly but they are correct. I needed to update my card info to process the payment for this reservation but instead of letting me do so, the property canceled my reservation the day I was arriving, while I was traveling, without contacting me first, which is against Hotels.com policy. The phone number listed is fake. I sent the host MULTIPLE messages trying to update my card, they never responded. Hotels.com customer service could not even get a hold of them. I am an experienced traveler & have encountered many different situations regarding reservation confusion & miscommunication... this was by far the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Thank god for the wonderful Hotels.com customer service that helped me rebook at another hotel 1000x nicer & friendlier.

We did not stay at this property. They canceled our reservation we had made through Expedia without notifying us or Expedia. They also have no direct phone line you can call. We found out when we were on our way there and we messaged them because we had not received checkin instructions. Very bad experience!

"Worst place - DO NOT BOOK !!!!!"

Worst !!!! Horrible !!! Please do not book a stay at this place. And details of my experience with hotels.com and the owner of this place…. 1. We checkin to the place to discover that it was kept in a very unhygienic and dirty condition. Floors looked unclean. 2. The sheets didn’t looked like washed for a while. And that’s certainly a bad experience considering Covid situation as well. 3. Most unreliable owners - Friday the day we checkin, we get a message that “ THERE'S NO ELEVATOR, MUST CLIMB STAIRS”so picked out bags and climbed 3 floors 4. Host Availability: Host is available by inbox, text or phone call from 9AM-6PM Monday-Friday. Saturday & Sundays host will only be available for emergencies (negligence from guest like leaving the keys inside the unit or misplacing keys is NOT an emergency).**Be mindful of night calling, your host needs their sleep as well** Like seriously…. Once we landed on Friday, host won’t be available untill Monday morning, then why do they host a place, if they are not able to cater basic needs 6. Worst of all - be mindful of this unhygienic place, irrespective of your number of days you stay, they will not keep a single towel available or provide any change of towels. 7. From 8am onwards the construction around will wake you up… HOTELS.com - the customer service did not do a thing. It’s the most shameful thing….. after booking so many times, they were not helpful AT ALL… that’s the kind of customer you will receive it here !!!!!!
