Went way and beyond with their service. On my daughter’s request, had the room decorated beautifully for my husband’s birthday when we arrived. Perfect location, beautiful direct view of Mount Fuji from the rooftop terrace. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Proche de la gare de Kawaguchiko. Les équipements sont complets avec une laverie, le petit déjeuner est correct. Gros plus, l'hôtel met à disposition une navette pour aller à la gare.

Incredible views of Mt Fuji (weather permitting), both from the room we booked as well as the rooftop. We were able to have our breakfast on the rooftop, but only with the sandwich option. This was fine for us, as the view was more important to us! The hotel is a bit further away from the station, making it a bit quieter. We took some fantastic photos of Mt Fuji walking from the hotel towards town! We only stayed one night and got very lucky with the weather. Would definitely stay again!

Would recommend hiring bicycles outside of the hotel. Price is approx. double compared to some of the high street options.

Wonderful staff especially Lola but really everyone was friendly and helpful. Close to the lake and the view from my room lovely - I did have to go up 2 short fights for the roof and was treated to a partial view of Fuji as well as the duty surrounding me.

No complaints about the hotel itself. Unfortunately the price dropped after I booked but booking doesn’t refund - but that’s not the fault of the property.
