Falta de aparcamiento y pagos adicionales por sábanas y tasas

Appartamento molto pulito, molto spazioso e con una pulizia impeccabile. Vicinissimo al mare e al centro. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile.

The flat is very well located in San Benedetto, very central and close to the beach. The house is big enough for 4 people and has in principle all facilities (dishwasher, loundry, TV, WiFi, kitchen utensils etc) . The communication with the staff was very easy through WhatsApp as well as the self checkin and out. Nearby are all sorts of shops.

Many small details should be paid attention to to be really worth the price paied: - no kitchen paper and extra toilette paper is provided. - no dishwasher pills provided - only one kitchen towel provided which did not smell very good. - in many flats I have been at least a bottle of water is provided for the first night, here this is not the case. - kitchen drawers didn't smell good, similar to moldy smell. Same for the support of the single beds beneath the mattress. - living room sofa and it's cover did not smell fresh, it really needs washing. - in the second bathroom there is a bin for the rubbish that does not open, so it cannot serve it's purpose leading to trashing bathroom trash in the kitchen's one. - bathrooms miss support for toilette paper - the shawer in the second bathroom doesn't have any tray to put shampoo bottles which makes it really uncomfortable. Moreover the outer border of the shawer plate is full of black mold. Also here a deep cleaning should be performed. The rubber of the glass panel is also completely detached which needs fixing. Same for the isolating rubber ring in the sink tap. - all bathroom missed towel hangers. - the hair drier provided only produces cold air, which doesn't serve it's purpose. - the terrace outside is very nice but unfortunately not usable because it is not cleaned at all. - given the money asked, towels and bedsheets should be provided without extra cost.
